Opening Defeat For 2nds
Llanishen FC 3-1 Aberystwyth Exiles FC 2nds
A battling display wasn’t enough to secure the points for the seconds as Llanishen FC came out on top in the season opener. The Exiles started brightly and took a deserved lead into half time courtesy of Adam Compton after good work down the left from Pete Nicol. Llanishen rallied after the break and took the lead with two long range strikes and they added a late third with the Seasideweres chasing the game.
