Aberystwyth Exiles began their preparations for the upcoming season this week, starting with their retained list. The club expect a summer of hopefully only a few changes, with some players who have been on he fringes last season likely to offered the chance to leave the club. All management and coaching staff are expected to stay and have been offered new deals. It is hoped the club can retain all of it’s Treble-winning players.
The club expects the first-team to mount a title-challenging campaign, should the club meet the criteria for promotion. The Cups the club won this season will also need to be defended, but not at the cost of the title-challenge. The club cannot at this time confirm if it will enter the South Wales Senior or Intermediate Cups, or the FAW Trophy.
The second-team should be looking for promotion and a serious challenge for the Sam Cornish Cup.
Off the field the club has been looking for new partners, contact email@example.com for details.
